Ok, I'm trying again. Not doing well at all. August is 2 months away, and I have not done well. I'm attempting again with tracking and measuring every thing I eat. I'm still working out every day (except Sunday) even added weight training and karate.
I dont know what to say about my journey...the light bulb has not gone off yet, and I'm not giving up. It will go off SOON!
