Thursday is always a hard day. I try to eat less because I’m offered free pizza for lunch, and because I’m usually 1200 calories under my body and height idea intake I’m usually hungry.. its always extremely difficult to say no. I tried being smart about it and working out today when it was supposed to be my rest day, which I guess is good.
