Another good food day...and another day in the gym. I think I'm liking this new routine!

I'm a little excited to see the results on the scale when I get home...but then it will be the holiday season and all the baking that goes along with it... :-(

I'll have to show some restraint...and maybe get out of the house more, and stay more active.

Wish me luck with that one...
