Did fairly well with the diet...and added another hour of exercise...

I'm starting to feel pretty good about how I look, so I hope my wifey notices the smaller differences in tone...but it is for me (kinda...positive re-enforcement is nice to hear)

The cookies are losing their power...no interest in them today. I just have to adjust my portions to get back to my RDI calorie intake.

Weigh in on Tuesday night.

Sounds like you're really getting your grip back, Madjak. It's great to see. Let's hope Wifey notices. Sometimes it's a small step for mankind, but a giant leap for us. :)
