Day's end. I am grateful for my day as it turned out: It brought a chance to do some gardening, some life building, house work, walk with dogs and my daughter, and ate the foods I pretty much wanted to and stayed within plan. Granted, the plan was more generous than I had expected, but for day 1 I got off to a good start. I even had I had a nap; last night's sleep was broken. Damn covid makes me worry.

I look forward to journaling my food every day, and improving my choices. I want to remember tomorrow to get some good dance music on and do some cardio to it. I may also start thinking about a 4 hour eating window. I have decent results when I fast.

I wonder why is it that I don't remember how good I feel when I eat clean? I seem to remember more about making my stomach feel happy and my tastebuds.
