The fasting process has begun! Starting day 2 of a 20/4 fast schedule. Seems to be the one thing that works for me. 30 minutes every other day on the elliptical also. My new rule is after the 2nd cup of coffee on alternate days, get on the machine. I also have a coach now, and an app to record my water and fasting times.
