Dziennik qapl, 06 sie 13

Ok so after last nights weigh in i couldnt resist getting on the scales this morning. While its still up from last week at least i lost 300g overnight 
Am trying to stay positive and understanding that today is another day and i should just take it as it comes. i'm doing the right things (i think) so in the bigger picture it will all be ok i mean everyone gets fluctuations right???
i dont want to become obsessed with getting on the scales every morning and having the numbers rule my life but maybe i should so that i can better understand how my weight changes throughout the month so that a "small" increase doesnt freak me out....
My folks are coming to stay for a couple of weeks next week and apparently i've inspired my mum to start eating healthy too. This is absolutely great especially after her little scare last month and having her here i'm sure will only encourage me more. its always nice to have someone going through the same as you close at hand and we can go swimming so an added bonus of calories burned!!!
