Dziennik qapl, 09 sie 13

Feeling good this morning  found a new app for my smartphone yesterday to help log my walks turns out to be a great little gadget think I’m really going to like it. It logs my route, elevation, time, medium and max speed, calories….well pretty much everything….omg I think I might be in love....
When it calculates the calories they seem to be about 5 -15 calories lower than those when I transfer the info to FS although I think in the grand scheme of things this should be ok right??? However, when I think about it this is the train of thought that helped me get into trouble in the first place. Oh go on I can have another piece of chocolate, extra scoop of ice cream, bag of chips (insert bad item here) it’s only a few more calories and on the whole……. you get the picture. Maybe I need a new way of thinking???? Anyhow I will work with it for a while and see how it works out, maybe I will round time the time to the nearest interval of 5 and see how that works surely its best to under estimate than over?
