8 days until my birthday, I've been getting fantastic results. I've lost about 15 lbs and 8% body fat since I started this crusade, I thought I would be gaining faster, but I actually put on some muscle! Cross fit, dancing and capoeria.

Feeling GREAT! not sweating so bad when dancing, don't need caffeine anymore with the sugar being out of the diet.

Last week was an anniversary and a birthday celebration. I cheated on my diet 3 meals, but went immediately back on it. no guilt, and still lost about half a pound.

I did body measurements before I started and here are the numbers.

Weight - 14.8
Body Fat -8%
neck -.25 inches
arms + .5 inch (muscle!)
waist - 3 inches
Calves + .8 inches (muscle!)
thighs + .5 inches (muscle!)
Chest -.5 inches (lost fat under arms gained muscle in chest)
Forearms +.25 (muscle!)
107,6 kg Do tej pory straciłeś: 1,3 kg.    Wciąż do stracenia: 17,3 kg.    Zastosowanie diety: Dość Dobrze.
Traci 0,3 kg na tydzień
