i’ve been losing weight slowly, around 1-2 pounds per week. so yesterday, i ate like usual. the difference was i drank protein shake, just so that i won’t lose any muscle. and then when i weighed myself today, i gained 1 pound. i was kinda stressed, like am i gaining fat or? is that because of the protein shake? i don’t lift weights, i’m doing HIIT & strength training (with my body) from youtube. please help! thanks
