So happy to hit 168 Today i could cry!! I felt like i had hit a plateau so to see that weight drop i was excited!! I am realllllly trying to lose 8lbs before I go home to FL Feb 2nd! Its only 10 days away so its almost a lb a day...gotta try and have that 3500cal defecit in my meals/workouts.. and will probably have to do 2 a days in the gym!! Challenge is on!!
