Yesterday was a bust. That is all I'm gonna say about it. Today though, has started off quite well. For breakfast I had some Aldi store bran flakes, and I only ate what the serving size was. The odd thing to me is that after only a week of a "real" diet, my body is craving the stuff that I was eating. I think that's crazy, just because it takes like 2 or 3 weeks to change eating habits. Good thing though. On wed when I officaly weigh myself though, I am gonna be so disapointed in myself. I know that it's gonna go up. So, be prepared for a VERY emo style post from me after I weigh in. You've been warned! lol
