so do we think that 100 g from goal weight is close enough to celebrate? HELL YEAH!!!!!! Go me...go me....go me...... now i just need to tone the flabby bits and get this BF% down to a reasonable number i do not like to be at gaol weight and still see the word obese on the scale.

or maybe this shouldnt be my goal weight? i know i think that this weight will be easier to maintain and that i feel good about myself here but maybe its just not right for me. my BMI is below 25 so this is ok its just the BF% is way too high at 38%. i dont understand why it keeps going up. ok maybe a big bowl of ice cream and a jumbo bag of chips at the weekend didnt help :0) Will look into whether or no this is hte right ogal weight for me and start to really think about the exercise for the flabby bit promise!
