Took the whole weekend off. I didn't fall of the wagon, didn't slip up, didn't give up, didn't take a misstep: I just didn't do it over the weekend. It was a conscious decision, and I needed it to get a mental break. There are too damn many things going on in my head right now and I needed to get something off the (pardon the pun) plate. It's Monday and I'm back on. I am fine with this. (Well not fine, exactly, because I have a shitload of work to do to make up what I gained this weekend and the countdown clock to the 18th of April is still ticking...but fine enough that I'm getting myself back to work and moving on.) So there. (And you know what, it felt pretty damn good to not think about it for a while.)

Thanks, IdaMarie! I feel good. And I honestly don't feel guilty about taking the weekend off. I'm going to kick myself in the butt when I hit the gym, but that's a good thing!

After all, there is this thing called "life"! Can't "live" 24 hrs a day on Fatsecret (but it is addicting). :) At some point, you have to find a way for "real life" and your new healthy habits to figure out how to get along and play nice together. hahaha
