question .. do you guys eat normal bread, pasta and oats ? I fully removed them from my diet

I have been. During the colder periods I have been having my usual bowl of porridge in the morning. I add salt to mine just to take the edge off but I don't add sugar as I don't like it on porridge. If you can skip these foods that's ok but if you can't, it might pay to cut them down a bit and be mindful of how many carbs you are consuming.

I even make my own bread. Would be a sin not to eat it!!!! But I am a happy carboholic. I eat pasta when I feel like it and use oats mostly for baking.

Not sure what you mean by normal bread and pasta… I eat whole wheat. Don’t flood myself with carbs nor do I obsess about trying to get rid of them

Fully removed for me. When I get to goal weight I'll experiment with eating small amounts. However I have noticed other benefits of not eating them - no indigestion and reflux

I eat everything in moderation. Instead of 2 bits of toast, I'll have one etc

I full cut them out. baking the wtf bread. no more oats, pasta even rice. I m gluten sensitive anyway.

For me..when I started ..I removed them to begin with and worked on a deficit..now I eat these on occasion. I figure that we live in a world surrounded by food..every day..we have to use self control on a daily basis for many things and sometimes food is one of them. When I have one of these food groups now..I enjoy them..no guilt..dont knock myself out about it...just all things in moderation. But a treat is a treat...a once in awhile thing..not everyday.

I swear by my oats lol not going to give them up I have oats with coconut and I find it’s really important for my digestion. I’m not a big bread eater but I do buy Vogel’s extra thin and keep a loaf in the freezer. Pasta yes but I use whole-wheat pasta. I feel like I need it to stay full and for the energy (I don’t eat meat might be why)
