I'm feeling great and starting to really notice the difference losing weight has made on how I feel physically and even mentally. After some partying this weekend I managed to pack on a few pounds. But after getting back on my diet and working out Mon and Tues, I'm back at 238lbs. :) I'll take that!

I started a new gut busting circuit workout yesterday. It's only about 30 minutes, but I feel like I was working out for hours. It's not difficult in terms of the exercises, my body just isn't in the shape I want it to be. However, soon enough I think it'll be one of those workouts that my body adapts to quickly. It uses Jumping Squats, Push Ups, Inverted Rows, Jumping Lunges, and Mountain Climbers in quick succession to push your muscles to the limit. 3 sets of 10-15 reps of each exercise is the full circuit.

I also played softball last night and was moving surprisingly well. There were no issues with my knee and I felt pretty loose out there (except for a cramping calf muscle). I think the time off rehabbing my knee was a good call.
