I am inspired to go for another 10 lbs. I wont be doing anything different other than continuing with the same lifestyle. We all have our own reasons for wishing to loose weight, be it to improve our health, self esteem or confidence. Some of the good things in life require hard work over a long period together with infinite patience.

If I were to give anyone advice it would be to say do not weigh yourself too frequently as an increase in weight over a few days can be very disheartening. I watched the signs of clothes becoming looser and the need for another hole in my belt. Scales can give you a negative attitude if used too frequently.
