Nothing was recorded for food for Saturday and Sunday except for breakfast on Saturday. We went to Louisville KY for our annual family reunion / Christmas party. It is really tough trying to get through the holidays. There are too many good foods at these family buffets & parties that have 1000's of calories, and since I cannot exercise presently, shedding it is a slow process. I looked at my plate last night, and my first thought was that I should have just have had the salad, a little protein, and some dessert. But I will be back at it on Monday. Got to get back to 180. Everyone keep focusing, keep exercising, and eating properly. We WILL get through these holidays. God is Good.
