Back on the program after a week of feeling really sick and sorta-comfort eating. It hasn't been too bad, really, all things considered, but I feel crappy about it and want to fix it. I didn't even weigh in last week, I feel so bad.
I still feel sick even after working out, the cardio portion really knocked me on my ass. I may try to do a little more later after if I start feeling better. Cardio is my worst "subject" as far as working out goes, so I think I may just try to double up my efforts, or do more frequent, short bursts throughout the day.
But the weather is getting awesome, so maybe I'll go trail running in the next few days.
