found out that 3 meals a day suits me better especially a medium to large breakfast followed by a large lunch and a snack in the evening, I have lost more weight this way and also I have upped my water intake to 2 ltres a day. I have also stopped drinking fizzy and feel loads better.
Now I just need to sort out my exercise schedule get back swimming and end the Ab Lounges imprisonment from the shed.
