Still struggling to get back into FatSecret but doing well with diet exercise

So not so great that I have not used or journaled FatSecret since the end of January… I have a mental slump that I have to work through. The good thing is minimal weight movement- if I gained I would beat myself up and if I lost… well I would think I could sustain a healthy lifestyle on my own. Today is a new day!!
