My birthday this weekend and decided to give it a rest. My wife thinks I need to slow down. Despite some pretty rich stuff, I managed to stay somewhat on track. Went to the doctor Friday and was 212 on his scale. Might eke out a pound this week if I am good the next couple of days.
Interesting reading the other journals. I have been lucky to do as well as I have, since I haven't been exercising much and playing fast and loose on a lot of foods. I might be able to hit goal (205) in the next couple of weeks if I buckle down.
Told my wife to take my "too bigs" to the thrift shop. I am burning my ships kids and not going back to fat. Besides, I need some smaller sizes. Turns out I am just a little guy :).
