Off swimming again today should complete my 1600 metres for the week today. have beeling a little out of contol on my food intake as I nearly starved on tuesday had to do a fasting blood test and had to wait ages to eat. then the next day its like I had to make up for what I didn't eat the day before. So I'm hoping to be in better control today.
