Thankfully, I am on the downward trend again after several weeks of birthdays, holidays, weddings, and assorted high calorie meals. Lots of exercise this past week including the daily rides on the recumbent bike, working on our property, finally getting our garden almost completed, and eating properly. It can be done without without any of those paid programs. And I appreciate all of the support from everyone on the FS site. That is why I always end by saying,..."everyone keep focusing, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight. God is good".
