This has been a wonderful day to be outside. I did not do a formal workout, but instead played my regular Tuesday round of golf. I did not play particularly well overall since there were 4 or 5 holes that were somewhat poorly played, and those holes raised my score considerably. Having said that, I will not let a few bad holes ruin my round. I've played golf for many more years than most of you have been alive, and today I had my 2nd ever hole-in-one. The last was in 2001. It was on a 175 yard, substantially uphill, over water, par-3. Due to the raise in elevation, it plays more like 200 - 220 yards. There were no "after round" celebrations,....well OK, I did have some popcorn & water in the truck going home. My calories today are in the 1700 range and output was about 3000. So, that is a good thing. My wife made some delicious grilled cod, boiled & mashed potatoes, and some asparagus. I am satisfied. Hope everyone had a great & beautiful day. Keep focused, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining the weight. God is good !!
