Therapy today went awful. I got weighed and it dropped another kg. I am now at 50 kg, but I probably weigh less since I ate and wore clothing. I am going to try and stop counting calories. I really need to stay at a stable weight and stop losing. I was about to be sent to hospital. luckily she said she won't yet. I only have a week or so to turn this around.
