Normal Day JANUARY 3 2024 I am changing my behavior. I have eaten 1 meal a day for over 5 years. My healthcare provider would like me to eat 2 meals a day, and to wear a continuious glucose monitor. I don't know why he wants the change. But my training tells me to document change evaluate change if the results are good, make the change permentant. If it is not good go back to what is successful. I eat 1 meal at 4 pm because if I start eating in the morning I will eat all day. If I eat in the morning I am slugish and don't want to move. So I will eat same amount of calories for normal days at 2pm and 4pm. I did get perscription for monitor, but will collect and use it in March went I am in Bermuda for next doctor appointment.
