The past week the extra holiday weight has begun to come off. The high of 212 was on 1/1/24 which is the last day of my break from daily regimen. 5 days later I am down to 203.4 and have another 5 pounds to go before reaching my weight prior to the holidays. My wife and I have really concentrated on getting back to normal with me focusing on reaching 190. She does not need to lose weight, but is concentrating on lowering her A1C to below 5.7. She has never had any issues with glucose levels, A1C or any other similar test results. But her latest blood tests showed an higher A1C than is normal. The bike awaits me. Everyone enjoy this beautiful weekend, keep focusing on your goals, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight. FS people are the best. God is good !!
