I’ve not been eating until like 330-4pm the I’ll have a snack and that’s been it, I can’t believe I’m able to wait so long but it’s been helping me and it’s been 9 days now so I feel great about it. I try and not eat my whole rdi in one meal but sometimes it happens. Good job with finding what works for you.
