I’m in a funk kinda with nutrition. I eat out almost daily and it’s a guess sometimes when I log so that sucks. If only I had a personal bomb calorimeter 🤔 I could put the whole meal in there then buy another one and log it. Or fs could come out with personal ones that automatically log what you’re measuring or our country could come out with specific rations for us all and we get what we get. 🤦‍♀️ no guessing needed. Ok so that’s drastic, it’s me w the dilemma not the whole country… Sometimes I get on here prepared to write out a whole story than while writing i tell myself to quit whining and just do your best. So I delete. So yeah if I go over 2500 cals a day with a 600 surplus oh well, make it up the next or throughout the week.
