195! Haven't weighed this little for years. We have out of town visitors and will be doing a lot of entertaining and eating out this week. It will take some doing to stay here, but I have decided to try for a full 50 pound loss (another 7#). This will be tough, because I am pretty tired of dieting right now. Maybe this is the good week to take a break and not calorie count.
