First week: Far from perfect but moving in the right direction. The last time I did this I was a fanatical lunatic about calorie counts exercise. I lost way too much weight (according to my wife...she was right I got pretty skinny) I have some food and body image issues, and not a lot of men identify with that. Knowing it is half the battle I got down to 159 lbs because some chart from 1952 told me that was the ideal weight for me. not even. Shooting for balance. Reality..I'm 51 I have a pretty demanding job, I stay pretty active and walk A LOT. I'm shooting for healthier eating, no fast food and better choices when I do eat out. So far so good. Couple a slip ups early on but I'm moving on (thanks for the chocolate chip cookies mom!) thanks for the support and comments. It all helps so much
