If anyone knows how to edit the weight history, PLEASE let me know. So breakfast was more of a lunch. I had errands to run so I left early. Snack was filling enough. Then I decided to cook this shrimp dinner receipe. I had to find out the equals for clove garlic vs minced dry and 1/2 lemon squeezed vs bottled lemon juice and then loose angel hair pasta vs 6 oz. I succeeded with a little to much pasta but YUMMY! It gets a BIG YAY from me and an OK from my daughter. Trust me she is a PICKY eater and on this life style change with me (helps since we're the only ones in the house.)
