I am beat! Good ride today. The trainer asked me to tag along on a trail ride, only about 45 minutes. My horse, Tanner spooked. First he went left, so did I, then he went right, I kept going left BUT I hung on with my good arm! I'm not going down, to fat, to hard to get back up! So my war wounds are bruises, again...LOL I think the hair on my head is bruised....LOL My friend Terri took me out after the ride to Soup Plantation. I tried to be good and stay on my WW. I did OK, so my count reads. I did come home and I was honest as to what I ate for dinner.
