Today was another busy Monday! I struggled to get motivated, but I DID IT! I worked out for at least 35 mins thru my lunch break. I wanted to do more, but when I'm alone, it's hard to push myself. If I have a friend with me, its hard to rush out of the gym, cuz I feel that she may be thinking of how lazy I am.
Today was a big break thru for me, because I didnt work out much last week, I made every excuse that I could think of. Today, I was changing the excuses into Just doing it! I know I need to practice exercising until it becomes a habit...even on days I dont feel like it.
I pray tomorrow is also a good day...working out hard than today!
