Dziennik tonyasee, 06 mar 10

Another week done! Its a great feeling to continue on this amazing journey. Nate and i went out last night for a burrito, and i was totally suprised that i couldn't eat like before. I only ate 1/4 of it and was getting extreamlly full, however i did manage to eat half of it. Which made me very full for the rest of the night. Its neat to see these changes, its also nice to see that i can go out with my husband to dinner and be responsable about my choices. Then to get up in the morning and weight in and see that i haven't gained, but actually lost a pound after going out to eat! Very exciting stuff!!! I have all the faith in the world that im going to make this work this time. For any of you that are having a hard time and think its never going to work, have faith! You make each day what it is and you have the power to make the choices that are going to effect your life! Hope this weekend is lovely for all!
