Dziennik tonyasee, 18 mar 10

Well what an amazing week this has been. i have been pretty busy so i haven't had time to journal. but anyways, im finally under 250!!!! Im so excited! Im very pleased with the progress! Im still doing the situp and pushup challenge and doing very well. I have actually been doing full situps, very hard, but im doing it! I have been running with the dogs at least 3 times a week, and not only am i benfiting from it, but my puppies are sliming up too! I have been just in love with the recent Michigan weather and it makes me want to be as active as possable, and i know that the more i am active the faster i will reach my goal! Hope that everyone has had a great week and if its been not so great, well im keepin the faith that you will have an amazing weekend, and a great new week ahead!
