WEIGHT: 113.5 lbs FAT: 27%
Just found out that we're meeting our friends tomorrow at a Greek Restaurant. I can eat "allowed" food (ie. chicken souvlaki, salad, etc.), but in case I get tempted to have moussaka (my favourite Greek food), I'll go to the gym to off-set the (bad) calorie intake.
Ha! So I figured that if I'm gonna blow the diet tomorrow, may as well have an early start. Had 6 chocolate wafers. Proud to say I'm not guilty (you Catholics would understand), but I understand the consequences of my actions. So this will probably set me back half a week. Good thing I'm not in a hurry to lose this weight. Off to the gym this weekend (yup, that would be my penance).
Just noticed that all the cheddar cheese I've been eating the whole week is not low-fat. I suppose it's still pretty good that I'm losing approx. 0.5-1 lb. per day.
TODAY I ATE: BREAKFAST - cabbage and turkey stir fry - old aged cheddar cheese
LUNCH - cabbage and turkey stir fry - diet rootbeer
DINNER - cabbage omelet - skim milk
SNACKS - 6 sticks of chocolate wafer (uh, yeeeaaaa, the bad kind) - almonds
