I came back to Fatsecret after 3 years because I gained 20 pounds. I did not gain them in a highly normal way. In September, 2015 I completed a 3600 mile cross country run from Long Beach to Provincetown Mass. I ran 30 miles a day for four months. THis was the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life. Unfortunately I injured my foot in Pennsylvania. I ran on my injured foot for 400 miles because I was not willing to give up so close to the finish line. Therefore when I completed my journey, I was forced to take time off from running. And I gained 20 pounds really quickly. I lost ten pounds on my own by watching my calories. But the remaining 10 were very stubborn little buggers. That is why I chose to go on the HCG diet. I have been under the supervision of a doctor who is an MD for the course of the diet and I am very happy with the results. I lost 10 pounds in three weeks and I am now going to be using fatsecret to help keep me on track during the stabilization and maintenance phase. I plan to follow the maintenance protocol to the letter. I am also going to do yoga, body building, and of course, running.
