I was a skinny child, didn't start gaining weight until my 40's. Now, I am 55 and about 70 pounds over weight.
I just started Keto and really like it. My only challenge is the alcohol, I liked my wine at night. While I have lost 10 pounds to date, I need to keep completely away from the wine in order to have continued success.
