Hello all, my name is Patrick. I live in sunny South Florida with my beautiful wife, Carla, and our Labrador and Siamese mix. I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator(MCSA) in West Palm Beach and, on my spare time, I help people with their computer issues.

Unfortunately, as my job does not require physical labor, I have put on my additional weight. This is the reason I am here, it is time to start paying attentioon to what I eat and how I spend my rest time.
