Not a good day of eating. This afternoon, I had a melt down. . . I went for a brisk walk with a friend, and worked up a good heart rate. I got back into the office, and the girls ordering DQ Blizzards...I had to have one...it was HUGE...not good for me, not at all!
I was stressed over the fact that I will not find it easy to track ww points now...and I really loved this site for that feature. I'm very upset with fatsecret, and blaming them on my fall.
Part of my issue is falling off the wagon once one little thing gets in my way...that's something I need to work on and work thru. I should accept the blame, but I'm still upset and need to learn how to deal with disappointments like these.
I've found another way to track, so I may leave fatsecret completely. I was really enjoying many aspect of it, but my goal is to track for 30 days...and today SUCKED.

Well I'm discouraged again! Never fails, as soon as I do the right thing, here comes satan to ruin it. 2 days ago, I challenged myself to 30 days of counting points, in tracking all the food I eat. Looks like I'm going to have to use my tracker to count my points. With that said, it's not going to be easy doing both, tracking fatsecret & my log book. I'm resorting to using my log book for at least 30 days. Wish me luck! Say a prayer that I can attain this 30 day challenge!

Here I go again! Day 1 AGAIN, and my goal is to track each day in fatsecret. Plan my meals, weigh and measure EVERY thing. August is coming quick, and I want a good amount of a weight loss...not putting a concrete number on that. I want to feel good about myself and feel healthy on my wedding day! I need accountablity partners, and I searching them out today!

OK ENOUGH OF ME DOING IT MY WAY. I will begin tomorrow counting points, and using fatsecret.com for tracking. That is my short term goal.
