Well what an amazing week this has been. i have been pretty busy so i haven't had time to journal. but anyways, im finally under 250!!!! Im so excited! Im very pleased with the progress! Im still doing the situp and pushup challenge and doing very well. I have actually been doing full situps, very hard, but im doing it! I have been running with the dogs at least 3 times a week, and not only am i benfiting from it, but my puppies are sliming up too! I have been just in love with the recent Michigan weather and it makes me want to be as active as possable, and i know that the more i am active the faster i will reach my goal! Hope that everyone has had a great week and if its been not so great, well im keepin the faith that you will have an amazing weekend, and a great new week ahead!

Yet another sunshine filled day here in Michigan! Now for the next three days rain, gotta love spring! Did amazing well on my food yet again today and almost under the 250 mark! w00t w00t! That makes me so so happy! Did my push ups and situps, still hard as all get out, hoping it gets easier as the days go on. Nothing to special about today other then i got to live it, well actually theres nothing more special other then i got to live it! Hope everyone is doing well, and following their plans!!!

Today was an amazing day! The sun was shining, and it was 56 here today!!! Spring is on the way! I cleaned house for almost 7 hours today! My house is so clean i think its singing! I did amazing on my food today, im actually under on my points today, so i still have a few to kill before i end my night.
I started my push up and sit up challenge today, yea.... im weak! I couldn't do a full sit up so i had to do crunches, hopefully i will be able to make it all the way before the 4 weeks is up. I also found i wasn't able to do 30 push ups, i could only do 6, but hopefully that will improve too! My hubby is doing this along with me and wow he is amazing. I hate him! lol not really hes very supportive, and its good to see him doing the push ups , and situps with me. Hope you all have had a wonderful start to your week! Never give up, keep that goal in sight!

Another week done! Its a great feeling to continue on this amazing journey. Nate and i went out last night for a burrito, and i was totally suprised that i couldn't eat like before. I only ate 1/4 of it and was getting extreamlly full, however i did manage to eat half of it. Which made me very full for the rest of the night. Its neat to see these changes, its also nice to see that i can go out with my husband to dinner and be responsable about my choices. Then to get up in the morning and weight in and see that i haven't gained, but actually lost a pound after going out to eat! Very exciting stuff!!! I have all the faith in the world that im going to make this work this time. For any of you that are having a hard time and think its never going to work, have faith! You make each day what it is and you have the power to make the choices that are going to effect your life! Hope this weekend is lovely for all!
