So yesterday, I upped the portions for dinner because I was feeling excessively tired (likely from the day before). Today I had a lot of energy! Busy day starting with a quick 10 minute walk with Hiro, followed by rushing to a friend's house to drop something off before she had to leave, grocery shopping, hurrying home and then meeting a friend. He wanted to join me and Hiro for our 3.5 mile walk today. It was fun talking and walking. Nice knowing that I could keep pace with him and still talk without being breathless.
Came home to study and then took Hiro out for another walk (this time 2 miles). Muscles are twitching but not sore. Feel great but HUNGRY. Can't make dinner yet because my husband is working in the kitchen (installing a new over the range microwave. So, having a piece of candy until I can access the fridge :)

Comic Convention today! Ok, here are some positives today.
1) Took my measurements and I lost like 1 1/2 inches off my hips. The rest of my body between 1/2 to 2 inches were missing :)
2) Jumped on the scale at the start of the morning yesterday @177 lbs. Jumped on the scale evening @179. I am not unhappy :) I just wanted the scale to read under 180 lb all day, not just with all my clothes off and no food in my stomach. Success!
3) Took a random picture of myself, for my grandmother. Hair wasn't done, no makeup, where a t-shirt and tired from a long day. My face looked thin, my neck looked thinner and I actually thought I looked pretty. Probably one of my favorite pictures of myself to date. I normally hate the way I look in photos.
4) All my clothes are loose.
Looked up gym clothes. Still not comfortable about the form fitting gym clothes that are advertised EVERYWHERE. But reading some sites about the merits of closer fitting clothes (and ways around flaunting rolls) made me rethink it. Form fitting so you can actually see results and wick sweat away from your body easier, reduce chaffing and safer on gym equipment. Wear a less fitting cover up, so you don't feel self-conscious. ok..maybe time to try getting one outfit.

Checked my weight this morning before food, without clothes. It was 177. Just checked it again (randomly) and I was 179 with clothes after eating lunch. Nice. Hope it continues to be out of the 180 lbs.
