Yesterday was my first day off the 800 cals (fast800 diet first 2 weeks), and with quite a lot of carbs relatively speaking, mostly wine... Still stayed under my RDI though.
I measured my ketone levels this morning out of interest and they were still high; which is encouraging.
Although rationally speaking, going up to 1500-1800 cals a day is still effectively a diet, it feels VERY odd after so long on 800. Fingers crossed the steady loss now continues.
