this week is starting out ok
I pre-made all my meals for the week into containers so I'm ready to go every day stops me from giving into temptation I.E naughty yummy sweet bakeries.
because I'm a hunter I eat a lot of lean venison. I do eat canned fish tuna in oil is yum so that's my go to at the moment.
eggs are cheap and have good amount of fat i need.
some days I could do with a cold beer though and watch the UFC.
note to self stay disciplined.
I've also started doing 200 press ups and lunges this week and added in pull ups I can only do a solid 4 so I'm doing 5 sets of 4

So I have massive craving for a mince and cheese pie 😃 im hangry dohh
Started doing my daily 200s press ups lunges this week quite challenging but feeling strong next month ill be into lifting some tin and and three hit session a week and my 300s
I'm felling a bit hungry so will increase My calories this coming week.
