Argh! I am so frustrated and tired of being stuck at this weight! I've been killing it for at least a month and a half with Blogilates and the Challenges, and eating really well, and I'm still stuck in the 141-143 range! What am I missing? More water? Less water/Water weight? More cardio? More strength? What can I do?
Yes, I broke down and had Wendy's tonight. Long story, actually, but I rarely have fast food, honestly. And I just had a spicy chicken, and I already feel guilty about it because I feel like I set myself back at least a week of work. I'm working so hard to drop weight and I set myself back so far just because I was tired and lazy and have to get up REALLY early tomorrow and didn't feel like working over a stove for 30-45 minutes. Man...
It's really frustrating to want something SO bad, and being SO close, and having it always be just out of reach. And no matter how hard you fight and struggle, it seems to just not be enough.
Argh... back to the grind again tomorrow.
