Thanks friends, more than 100 pounds yes, we are close to the goal, I feel that I have been without a calorie deficit for months, eating enough, but maybe eating real food and not so much processed food helps, and moving a lot and training, it will be interesting when this in maintenance and have to eat more :), I don't know if I stay at the goal weight or try to lose a maximum of 9 pounds, maybe I'll upload a before and after photo when I reach the goal.

you absolutely should post that pic! that's a huge accomplishment. you could always lose more weight later if you wanted to but my suggestion would be bump your calories up to maintenance and watch how much your workouts improve you will be amazed at how much better you will perform and faster you will progress

That is a great accomplishment. I lost 80 pounds and then took the advice that ObeseToBeast123 just mentioned. Maintenance mode with a good workout routine and proper eating is excellent. I am feeling much better at 67 than I did at 40.

@shark I would LOVE to see those pics!!! 😊 @OTB That's what I did when I started lifting. My hopes are that everything will balance itself out in the end. I may do more of a lil cut before Spring, it depends on how things go. Recomp is an entirely different world from anything I've ever tried to do. My main objective is to get in enough protein. If that means going a little over in calories every now & again, then so be it. If I'm satisfied & my protein is good, I don't force more. @Diddly I'm with you! Crazy how much younger I feel lately & how much older I felt before.

Diddly15, Thank you very much, I am very glad that you feel so good currently, Good weight loss and you have maintained it with good habits, Ok I will do that when I reach the target weight, maintenance and continue with good habits and training :)

ObeseToBeast123, Thank you very much friend, You are absolutely right, it is something that I have thought about. I currently plan to maintain a weight range of between 133 minimum and 155 maximum. Honestly, I like the upper part of the range much more, thinking about doing so in the future. of volume and definition cycles between those ranges. But currently I want to stay in the maximum part and stay in maintenance for a while, just as you mention, eat more and see how I improve in my training. My current IBM is 27.21, my body composition is I have improved a lot 🙂💪
