Normal Day JANUARY 6 2024 Lovely day at the beach. Hot, sunny, lots of people. The water warm and calm, you could see people long distance swimming. First time I have seen that here. I did a couple hundred meters too. At the beach from 10am to 2pm Lots of fun. It's a good start. I don't weight myself everyday because I don't have a scale, something I miss. Back on track.
