Back on track. It took 4 days to work off the travel, birthday meal & cake from Tuesday. Back to a little lower than my weight at the beginning of the month. Still have 13 pounds to go to achieve goal. I could be OK with my current weight, but it is a weight that is "in-between" pants sizes. So, I have some pants in the smaller size that fit everything but my waist. Just a little tight, but wearable. Then, there is the larger size. They fit all of me including the waist, but kind of "balloon" in some areas. Shirts are a different matter. The smaller size (16 X 35) fits completely except perhaps under the arm toward the back. I am kind of barrel chested, so that area could use a little extra room. The larger (16.5 X 35) shirt fits everywhere, but the tail is longer and the chest and stomach area is too large. Thus, there is 13 pounds that need to go.
